MAC Devine Night Holiday Colour Collection 2013

Hi there! 

Today I am back, and I can proudly say: Oops, I did it again. :-)

I went shopping at Mac for another load of makeup I probably don't even need... But it is like candy to kids, so I simply cannot resist it. 

I saw Mac came out with the Devine Night Holiday collection, and I was eager to go and buy that really pretty pink nude lipstick. If you read parts of my life, or watch me on Youtube, you might already know that the most fun thing for me to buy are lipsticks.. so I just add them to my collection, cause I know I will wear them a lot. (Probably almost every day)

It is so crazy. I have seen so many tumblrs but never really thought about having one of my own. 

I now don't understand why I didn't give this a shot sooner. 

I am completely obsessed :D - guilty...

I registered under my name, Awomansaffair, about 4 hours ago and I kid you not: I've been on it non stop ever since.

I looked for a lot of pictures that I like, which brings me in a specific mood, or just describe or make me feel exactly the way I once have felt (or a couple of times) or feel at the moment. 

Such pretty pictures, and some funny movie quotes too :) haha. 

Do you guys have any tumblrs? I really want to find new ones cause I can spend days and days on this! 

AAaaaah I should go to bed, but something tells me I won't be able to stop collecting photos

Lookbook Diary: 3 wearable looks for fall

Hellow :) 

These are three looks I wore the other week and they kept me nice and warm during fall! 

I really like wearing over the knee socks but it is always a struggle to find a wearable outfit without putting it "all out there" - if you know what I mean :)

The two on the sides are more laid back looks that feel like wearing a jogging but outside, I love me some leggings haha. It is really our little secret of just looking ok but seriously feeling awesome: no tight jeans cutting off your circulation, no high waisted nightmares, just soft material giving you the space to breath :D 

Pretty Little Liars & Ravenswood ...

Have you seen the Halloween special of Pretty Little Liars? 

I have :) And I liked it, but I have to say, when comparing it to the Halloween special of last year... I preferred the one from last year over this one. Just because last year soooo many creepy and exciting things happened on that horror train :) So many answers but also so many questions were raised and at the end of the special episode, I remember everyone was left with sooo many questions. 

It was literally super difficult to have to wait for another couple of months for the season to be back and show us some pretty little secrets :) 

I have not been a fan of pretty little liars from the start, but throughout the second season, I was COMPLETELY sold. I loved the series and the intrigues and I would seriously count the days to be back at the beginning of the next week to see what happened on that show. It was literally THAT good.

And still is of course. 

After seeing the Halloween special, you will find out the answer to the most important question ever: Was Ally an illusion or is she in fact alive?

Coloring my hair with L'oreal Preference in Vienne 7

 

So... Remember my video on how to dye your hair professionally at home? 

Well, I was actually completely against boxes. These coloring boxes are just ... not the real deal. I've always just experimented with actual color tubes you buy at some professional hair supply store where the real hairdressers go shopping. Until this weekend. 

I've been super uper busy lately and well, my color was just fading out a little bit too much these last days (you could really see my actual hair color coming which is an ash blond so lighter but more meh than my colored hair). 

I was running around town like a crazy person but I could not go another day with a ponytail in my hair just because you could see my roots (Jaiks) so I just decided i'd buy one of these boxes in the supermarket while I was doing my groceries. I picked up this box because I have done the ombre look in my hair using the ombre kit from l'oreal and the boxes look a lot alike. 

Until I came home and saw this photo on the box at the top...

I really love purple lips... You might have seen that in one of the first videos I ever made on youtube explaining how to color your hair :)

I just bought "Up the amp" in that video, and I remember finding it such a surprising color but sooo pretty on the lips!

This month, Rihanna came out with a makeup line for Mac Cosmetics, rocking a deep purple lip with a nice eyeliner.

I tried to recreate this look but with alternative makeup products, because the line was already sold out when I wanted to buy something...  So if you are like me and you missed the line, or you just don't want to spend that extra cash, maybe you will have something in your closet that looks similar, or you could buy some of the makeup I used if you really want a similar color :) But mind that the photo is taken with flash which makes the colors fade out immensely :( I hate when that happens!!!

Hi there :) 

I hope you are all well :) I had suuuuper issues with having Internet that's why my blogposts have been a little bit random and not up to date. I have recently also changed jobs (well the city I work in) so I have to commute a lot more which takes up sooo much time!!

I also just went to Paris and I bought some new stuff I will be showing in a blogpost!! I looooove Paris, and I discovered a whole new area that I want to share with you guys! 

Until then, I want to share little parts of my life with you from my trip to Malaysia. I hesitated doing this, cause sharing still freaks me out a little bit... I feel like it is personal but at the same time, I really enjoy watching other people's vlogs about their life and trips, so I thought after getting requests to do so, it would be a great idea to edit some of my footage.
